I can replace fixtures, faucets, drains and supply lines. I can replace water heaters and update other accessories too. We can add an outside dog washing station or tap for your gardening needs.

Minor Electrical

I offer basic electrical work. This would include replacing old outlets and light fixtures, adding additional outlets or light fixtures, and troubleshooting overloading issues or loss of power. I have experience with everything from 12 volt to 240 volt systems.

General Home Repairs

I have experience in basic carpentry including some cabinet work, hanging new doors, and trim work. I can repair garage doors and can troubleshoot related issues. I have installed floating floors, tile, carpet, and vinyl. I also have a decade of experience with countertop installation.

Junk/Scrap Removal

Tired of those old bicycle frames behind your garage? Got a pile of construction debris from a past remodel, or a dilapidated shed that is just an eyesore? I can find a way to get it off your property and to where it belongs.

General Masonry

Cracked, sunk, or heaved sidewalk? We can get that fixed right up… I have the experience to repair most minor concrete and brick issues.

Light Tree Service, Felling and Removal

I offer light tree service including cleaning up of fallen trees, branches, and brush; felling unwanted, broken, and dead trees; and removal from your property if you don't want to keep it for firewood.

Vacation Rentals and Property Management

I offer property management for your seasonal home, rental properties, cabins and VRBO/Airbnb's. Whether it’s just checking in to make sure the property is secure or full change over service and house cleaning. I can have your place ready to go when you show up for the first time in the spring, and can make sure everything works as it should.
